Your app is AMAZING! I only have one issue, I wish the background recorder had a setting to hide the record on top where my time bar is or be able to move it to the bottom of the screen... Aside from that this is the best $1.99 ever spent in the App Store! Way to go guys! Thanks! -O

Well worth the $1.99 for the 5 minutes of recording. Just like the NSA and the phone companies are always listening in and using it to their corporate advantage. Now i can. Thanks! Also, to get rid of the annoying red bar at the top, i just record a video using the snapchat app. Then it goes away. Now the app is PERFECT.

Clear audio, good play back, can even pick up voices through a pant pocket, IF you are not moving. I will give it 5 stars when they remove the annoying flashing red notification, and fix the mute issue for other apps.

It lets you go back in time! Need I say more? How you ask? It records things that have been said in past and lets you save it! How cool is that? Simple, clean interface and easy to master navigation. So next time you are planning to have that conversation with your boss... Let Heard Run ;)

What a cool idea! I love it but dont love the glowing red bar in the top that takes up part of my screen. Also dont like that it mutes my phone. Hopefully that will be fixed, but other than that, great concept and something that could be very useful!

State clearly that you only get 12 sec of record time unless you pay to upgrade to 5 min. Guarantee ppl wont waste their time on this junk. Deleted in less than a minute.

Works well; needs a way to trim captured audio or a way to send a clip to some other app to cut extra audio from the start/end.

When this app is running (background or foreground), text messages, email, keyboard clicks, etc are silent. Cant use this until this is fixed.

This app is crap. In the description it says the application runs silently and seamlessly on iphone. It does neither of these things. Your phone will not function normally with the application running in the background. Not only will all other applications and program running be silenced and rendered useless, but there is a big red bar that takes up a larger some of the screen and fades in and out to let the user know the application is running. I thought the whole point of this application is that it was discreet. Worst app purchase ever. How does apple allow that description to pass for such a horrible application. Yes the application does record conversations and buffers in various increments of time, but the red blinking bar in the background causes the application to be useless. This app is crap, dont waste your money, the description is a lie.

Not a bad idea but, the red bar on top not great feature. Plus it mutes my i phone. You would think with an app like this I could also record phone calls but I cant. Ill wait later to use maybe youll fix it.

the program is very useful and i like it very much but i have some comments which are as follow - i do not really like that red bar which always shawn appears above - it will be great if what we grab is to be saved to camera roll

Its a brilliant concept, but until they get rid of the red bar that is universally stuck on the top of the screen and the issues with other phone sounds, this is practically an unusable app. Once those are fixed, there is no question that Ill be on the purchase in a heartbeat.

I have a learning disability called dysgraphia that makes it hard for me to take notes in school. My writing is so slow that the teacher usually moves on to the next important point before I can finish jotting it down. This app has saved me because now all I have to do is press a button and the important point is recorded in voice. Thank you so much for this wonderful app. Dont listen to all those bad reviews. They are just from idiots ignorant of the fact that a red bar shows up when the phone multitasks.

Simple, dont wast yer money!

3 stars because it needs more options: 1. Share clips with MMS/SMS (dont know if this is possible due to apple restrictions but would be great). 2. More settings: I way to start background seamlessly (they way it is right now is like this: "open app then push start recording, ups dont work, keep your finger pushing the red button, NOT GOOD RIGHT ok then go to settings enable background recording and time settings. GOOD TO GO RIGHT not so fast make sure you dont forget background listing ON or you will miss your calls/sms etc. **i used it today in a family reunion and I have very good recordings of 1minute. 2 dollars to upgrade are worth the feature to go back and listen what you have said or some one else weird laugh :)

Great app. It does what it claims. To the ones that are complaining about the red bar: Any iPhone app that records audio, will have that red bar at the top of the screen when running in the background. That is an iOS feature. The developer can not bypass that, it is required by Apple. Also, it has to mute all alerts on your phone so that they wont be recorded. All recording app must do that. I have 10+ recording apps for different purposes, they all do both of the things mentioned above. Again, an iOS feature, not the developers fault.
